Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped to the UK, please be aware that you, as the customer, are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees that may apply once the package reaches the UK. These charges are regulated by the UK government and are not included in the price of your order. The total amount due will be calculated by UK customs based on the value of your purchase.

VAT and Taxes
If your order exceeds £135, UK VAT will be charged upon import, and you will be responsible for paying this directly to the relevant authorities. These charges are in addition to any customs fees that may apply.

Returns
For returns from the UK, please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties, VAT, or handling fees that may be charged when sending the product back to Germany. We advise using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

We do not cover any customs duties or VAT for returned items.
