A sculptural expression of movement, light and natural beauty from the PLAID-À-PORTER × LüSchwarz collaboration.
The Halo Face Chain reimagines the traditional pearl necklace as a piece of wearable art. Designed to be worn across the face, the chain gracefully drapes over the ears and follows the bridge of the nose, creating a luminous frame around the wearer’s features.
The composition combines delicate freshwater Keshi pearls measuring approximately 6–7 mm with striking freshwater baroque pearls measuring 14–17 mm. The contrast between the tiny organic pearls and the larger sculptural forms creates a captivating rhythm of texture, volume and light.
Each pearl reveals its own natural character: softly irregular shapes, subtle variations and an individual surface that reflects light in a unique way. Together, they form a composition that feels both organic and architectural.
Crafted in gold-plated 925 sterling silver, the refined chain structure allows the pearls to remain the focus while providing a delicate golden finish.
With a length of approximately 62 cm, Halo is designed to move with the wearer, creating an unexpected yet elegant silhouette that blurs the line between jewellery, accessory and couture.
